Hepsia's File Manager allows you to handle your website content by means of simple point & click movements. Right-click shortcut menus offer rapid access to various file management options, while user-friendly drag 'n' drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your computer in no time. You will also find integrated file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to pack and unarchive files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your computer. The built-in drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to effortlessly transfer files between your desktop PC and the server. Just select the file that you want to upload from your computer and then drag it to your browser window. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard disk drive. Moreover, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk drive by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a new file or folder with only a click. All action buttons are conveniently placed above the file/folder list and you can modify your files easily. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to another folder, explore the contents of a file or update its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to pack and unzip all types of files. It does work astonishingly fast - just select the files you would like to compress and push the Compress button. You can even select the archive format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract files from an archive to a selected folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager GUI, you actually do not need any third-party pieces of software in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to preview the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will in fact show up on your site. Additionally, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you absolute command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more experienced individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced individuals.
