Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, set up email filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your email boxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail box accounts against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the email box you want to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
